Love this place! A little pricey but worth it when you can splurge a bit :) Make sure you try to get Lexi, she is the best! If... you aren't sure what you want, she will take the time to find out what type of flavors you like and give you suggestions etcplus for some reason all the drinks I get from her taste better I'm not sure if she makes them different than the others, butthey definitely taste amazing! Plus she just has one of those personalities that puts u in a good mood, she takes the time totalk with her customers while she makes your treat :) Read more

If I could write a review without assigning a star I would have. This location deserves negative stars for their rude and... unjust behavior. Sierra and Triss were very rude. Don't ask for a manager if you are unhappy with your service because theywill tell you that you are harassing them and will hang up on you. Also check the lids on your coffee because they dont securethem well and if you spill your coffee on yourself because the lid wasnt secure like I did, they will tell you it's not theirfault you spilled your coffee and to pound sand. Sierra and Triss need a lesson in customer service. Let us hope that their lackof caring and negligence doesn't effect the elderly population in the hospital!! Read more
