We ordered a double cheeseburger meal, a chicken tender meal, and some mozzarella sticks. His cheeseburger meal was good, but my... chicken tender meal was missing my chili cheese tots, my mozzarella sticks were hard, the tenders were tiny, and the guy workingthe window didn?t give us our receipt, so we don?t know if my tots didn?t get put on the order at all or just missed the baggingprocess. First and last time at Sonic. Ordered ice cream, an iced coffee and a small fry. The ice cream was fine, the coffee tasted like... melted ice cream and was almost white ? couldn?t drink it. The fries were ice cold and only half the container was full. The icecream seemed fine, but we were afraid to eat it after seeing the state that everything else was in. It would have beendifficult to make things worse than they did. I have to rate it at least 1 star, otherwise I would give it 0 stars. Read more
Absolutely horrible! Ordered 2 Corn Dogs, Tots & Chicken bites. Chicken was dry & horrible, threw away. Corn Dogs were cold.... Tots were okay. Spent $22 because I ordered through Door Dash. I literally live 1 mile away. Unacceptable!!! Read more
It used to be good but there was nothing good today in fact we had to return 2 slider chicken sandwiches that were dark brown &... hard as a rock meat. The exchanged sandwiches the wrappers were greasy. I think their using dirty old oil. The Onion rings wereterribly greasy. Possibly need to clean the slushy or icecream machines too because the drink I've gotten delicious beforetasted odd today. Read more
If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would! The last two visits I?ve taken there, their system was down! Instead of... putting a courtesy note up or something they just had people waiting in line for 20 minutes and didn?t inform you until you madeit to WINDOW to pick up the food. I come on my lunch break and only have a certain amount of time permitted. It?s veryinconvenient and quite unprofessional to have someone wait for some long and not say one thing and when you get to the windowthey don?t even care? Nice and nostalgic restaurant. We just went there for summer treat of shakes. Service was quick and friendly. Thank you... Michelle! Lots to choose from for a quick bite or a tasty treat. Lots of free parking to sit and kiosk to order from. Not somuch sitting areas though. It?s more of a take out or drive through. Good food and good prices. Excellent for family dining. Read more
So I just wasted an hour and a half. Majority of that was waiting for food. Did online order. Checked in at the stall. Waited... twenty minutes only to get home, which is half an hour drive, for the wrong order. Not sure if anyone can look at tickets inthere or not. But the side is wrong and the whole damn sandwich.
