Well, this guy's name is Rich he calls the two clients in front of me by their names and address me by my name after 3 months of... absence. He treats every client exceptionally. If I were the owner d promoted him to manager or training for it. It s the firsttime this happens to me. Exceptional person. Today's review. There is this guy working with immobilized arm and he is callingevery client by their names and greeting them as close friends. Impressive!!! This Starbucks has its own soul.
