Not sure if its like a training store or what but not a single person taking my order gets it right. But ill go to the starbucks... down the street and its on point every time. Our drinks were made great! However, the service was not great. With 7 people working, one person took our order and 6... dissappeared into the back for quite a while. Worst starbucks ever waited 40 mins just for them to tell me they didn't have everything to make my drink. They acknowledge I... was there and proceeded to tell me I didn't know she was here. Hello..Welcome to Starbucks. Everytime I walk in I am greeted instantly. The workers are very friendly and the place is always... decorated with a homey feeling. I love to come here grab a nitro coffee and get work done. Unfortunately today they were all outof pumpkin but when they do have it, it is a must to get!
