Great service! We did a mobile order and there was an issue with the size we ordered and the solution we were offered was a very... reasonable accommodation. The person who I spoke with was very good at her job both at creating the drink as well as managingcustomer satisfaction. She was also very friendly and personable, I belive she said she was a manager her name was A'mya. Read more
By far the worst service I have ever received from Starbucks. My gate was next to the Starbucks kiosk and repeatedly I heard the... two gals have negative attitudes toward customers. The three women working saw me approaching and then turned their backs to 'jam' to music they were playing. After waiting I was... able to order. They took my order and then handed me a drink saying they made the drink how it normally comes and refused to addsweat cream foam. Unbelievably low work ethic for starbucks. Read more
You know I love my Starbucks; but the service was a little weird. A standard Starbucks experience and setup, no real problems;... but it is quiet chaos around there, just be patient. I asked for no ice in a cold brew, and was told they were not allowed to dothat. I asked if they could just fill it less instead of adding ice; the cashiers said, ?No, I just said we are not allowed todo that.? This is my standard order that I get about 5 times a week; I am positive Starbucks allows this. He said ?I?ll tellthem to put just a few cubes in it.? I personally don?t like the ice because it waters down the drink. The baristas werepolitely joking with me saying, I?m so sorry, but I think I got 4 ice cubes not 3?. As if I was asking for a odd order. I said?I wanted no ice, but that is what I was told was the compromise.? The cashiers came over and started to justify what he put inthe sticker; I just left.
