It's changed so much. For my family it is no longer family friendly. Just plain fries and a handful of burger options. They... lost 90% of the menu. The staff was ok but service with customers is so sparse and they don't seem to want to talk to anyone. Nomore kids eat free Sundays either. Was a let down. Read more
Employee Ron was very very helpful checking in and helping place our orders. There are no longer waitresses or anyone cleaning... tables etc. But Ron greeted customers as they were coming in and helped them place orders, and was very genuinely friendly. Thefood was what is expected but the experience wouldn't have been if not for Ron. Thank you to Ron if he ever sees this! Read more
I love this place for a quick in and out FRESH meal!! One employee (older male), name maybe Kurt or similar was very helpful in... helping us navigate the self order kiosk, and getting our drinks and extra condiments!! We had burgers and fries .. good, hotand plentiful portions!! Read more
I did delivery through the Steak n Shake app and I didn't receive my shake. I called the Fowler St location and the line kept... ringing and ringing until I received a message stating "we're unable to complete your call" and the line disconnects. I kepttrying repetitively so that I can either get a replacement shake or a refund for the specialty shake, but the line kept ringingand just hanging up! My large fries were delivered in a SOGGY brown paper bag, it was just DISGUSTING! None of my sauces werethe bigger brown bag either. I won't be ordering from here again, and I'll put in a dispute with my bank for the charges of theshake, optional additions, and sauces that weren't delivered! Read more

Wow I just had a very very wonderful experience in this Steak and Shake tonight. I should also mention that I come to this Steak... and Shake very frequently and I'm always very happy when when I leave. Alfonso who I believe is the store manager consistentlyjust does a phenomenal job no matter how busy they are he always makes sure that my food is prepared properly and it's alwayscorrect. I'm always very impressed with how he manages his employees as well he really leads by example and has a top-downapproach with everything he does I work right down the street from the Steak and Shake so I always know I can count on Alfonsoand his team to make sure I have a quick lunch or dinner that's very tasty so thanks a lot Alfonso you do a great job therebuddy Read more
