The worse! It was 30 minutes before it was going to close. As we walk in the lady rolls her eyes and slightly sighs, like with a... bad attitude because we had gone in. My mom asked if they were still open because it seemed like they were about to close, sherudely said yes, just do not walk where I just mop! Do not purchase from this location! I made a online purchase to be picked up, and realized that I selected the wrong location. I... called this store and said that I accidentally selected this location versus the one I had to go to. He immediately had anattitude and said "I already made the sub. You have to pick it up." I explained that I could not get to that location in enoughtime on my lunch break, and he said "You need to pick it up" and then he hung up one me. Extremely rude and I did not receivethe sub or a refund for the $9.00 either, on top of being hung up on. Other locations in the area have a pleasant staff. I used to go here weekly. No more!!!! Rude & dirty. The vegetables are not fresh as they once were. The quantity per... sandwich is lessened. Communication is near impossible. So I go to the store on a weekly basis I would say about 4 to 5 times a week and just now I was running a little late from... leaving work planning on getting a sandwich after work and arrived around 730 only to see the door was locked as I knocked onthe door I see someone hiding in the back so I leave. Never ever go there!!! Worst subway of all time. That lady who works there is very rude and arrogant. She fills veggies and all... the stuff with bare hands without washing them. She even touches the breads and cheese with dirty bare hands. She makes fun ofpeople who can speak English or trying to speak English. Very very rude lady. Never go there! Read more
