I have never had a bad experience with Subway until the day of 4/14/21. I got a Turkey sub with spinach, tomatoes, and banana... peppers, (including condiments). The veggies were not fresh, and the bread was stale. I called the store and spoke with theperson who was in charge, and I explained to her that the sandwich was not good, and I got very sick from it while I was atwork. The lady is charge then told me that she has never had any customer complain of the experience I just had, she told me notto blame it on the sandwich, that it was probably just me. She told me she gets a lot of customers and nobody ever returns theirfood or even calls to ask for a refund. She was very rude and I got upset with her. I didn't even attempt to go in there with myreceipt, because she had me so mad. I paid $9.85 for a foot long that I didn't get to enjoy. Someone then connected me via emailthe same day, and I explained my experience, and they never got back to me. I will never go to that subway ever again. Read more
First time at this subway. Customer service was great. But They were very skimpy with the meat. I ordered a blt but i couldn't... find the bacon. The bread and all veggies were fresh but would have liked more then a slice of bacon on my sandwich. Read more
Not sure if specific to this store and they have been great in the past. I ordered online for the first time and my order was... not as desired. I attempted to complete the survey but the meal was ready when I arrived and I did not get a receipt which meantI had no store number and could not complete survey. Will definitely not order online (site is not user friendly anyway) again.Not guarantee you will get what you want. Read more
Skimpy on the meat in your sandwich and this is the 3rd time I've been there and the bread was stale and crusty. They need to... make sure that their product is fresh and the servings are plenty! 3x ur out! Read more
I let it slide the first time. The bread was less then fresh. The second time took the cake! Beyond stale. I am not familiar... with Subways bread policy, but I'm pretty sure you're not suppose to keep unsold sandwich bread beyond the day it was baked.Unfortunately both times I took the sandwich home only to discover yucky, crumbly bread. Both times I purchased fairly early soI have no doubt it was day old (or more!) bread. And no, I didn't have them toast it! Needless to say I will not be back a thirdtime. Read more
This was a horrible Subway. Went for a pizza and the woman kept adding extra charges, even for veggies! I have always went to... the one in Lehigh and got a pizza with two meat toppings for $5.75. This lady was extremely rude and stated that she has workedin 3 subways and wouldn't even look at me when she was being so rude. I have NEVER been charged for adding veggies. When Iasked she pointed to the menu and said you got a pepperoni pizza with addition of ham and veggies. If you see on the menu thereis a price for a veggie pizza. Well lets think about this- there is a veggie sub and they don't charge the other people whoorder a meat sub for adding veggies to their sub. I will certainly never go there again. It cost $20 for two pizzas and mealdeals! Could have went to a much better place. Save your money try a different place. Read more
