The staff here was the most rude I?ve ever experienced at any subway in Lee County. The first time I came here an older worker... refused to serve me during lunch hour because they were ?understaffed?. I gave it another chance today and the same worker mademe the sloppiest sub I have ever seen. AVOID this subway in Walmart! Read more

Really bad experience. While the man that was prepping our sandwiches was hard at work, I noticed that the lady that he was... passing the sandwiches to had no mask on. My daughter very quietly and politely asked the man if the lady was going to wear amask. She went to the back took a mask and placed it over her head to her neck and covered her face and visibly upset begantalking under her breath. She finished prepping the sandwich for the customer in front of her, then proceeded to state..this oneis on me since you haven't been mean. We never crossed a word with her! Both my daughter and I are at higher risk of contractingCOVID-19 due to our health status and my age. This tells me that this person totally disregards necessary guidelines forcustomer safety. To crown this glorious moment, she co tinued to make comments that clearly evidenced her racial bias. Too badfor her and too bad for Subway. Never again will I buy anything from this Subway store. While getting my order a lady starts preparing the sandwich speaking over the food, I politely asked if she was going to wear a... mask, she was very rude, started throwing stuff and told the gentleman next to us his meal was free as he was not being mean toher. She continued to make rude comments and instigating. I never said a word besides ordering and asking for her mask, I simplydid not want her speaking over my food, nothing personal. I?m not gonna lie my day was going TERRIBLE, but when I walked in I was approached by a lovely employee named Chanda, and her... exuberant personality and loving character made my day ten times better. Ordered a sub and a melt online to go. Once got back and opened it I realized mine wasn?t a melt. It was cooked like a melt but... they had skipped the extra cheese which makes it a melt. Pretty disappointed with that. Wife?s sub didn?t taste too fresh andshe didn?t finish hers cause of that. Mine tasted fine it just wasn?t what I had ordered. Read more
