I frequent this subway 1-2x a week due to work proximity and never have a problem. Today when I went in for my weekly pepperoni... personal pizza a new face started my order- did not get her name but had green/blue hair. She slapped on 4 whole pepperoni (~3inches in diameter each). I asked kindly if she could cut them, they were too big to leave as whole. She stared at me blanklyfor a second and said "no, we don't do that, it takes up too much time." I replied "oh, I come in a couple times a week and thestaff always cuts them, never have left them whole?" She responded with "that takes wayyyyy to much time, never would we dothat" (at the moment no one is behind me waiting). She starts slicing them and literally throwing them on the pizza, not placingthem, half falling off. At this point I am very frustrated and count that it takes her less than 10 seconds to do so and mentionthat. She flings my pizza in the over, literally throws the metal tray on top of the oven making a huge clashing noise andstorms to the back shouting over her shoulder to the other girl "PERSONAL PIZZA, I'm going to the back!!" the other lady checksme out while about 4 people walk in and wait, the other girl never returns to the front. extremely poor customer service andhighly unnecessary. This had to be bar far the best Subway experience I've ever had. I never received the employees names but i visited on 1.20.21... in the evening and this gentleman was kind, not afraid of a little conversation, and incredibly professional all in the process.Food was put together nicely and tasted great. This is my new local subway! Read more
A customer before me ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 pizzas while one of the two workers were in the bathroom. I had to wait 5... minutes before I could even give my order for my half sandwich. It shouldn't take that long to get a sandwich. Neither one ofthe workers even apologized for the wait. This is considered bad customer service and needs to change. Read more
Meatball and cold cut combo. Was a typicals Subway saub. It's annoying to watched them count the amount of onion pieces on my... sub. Why? I know your looking out for cost but my gosh, 6 pieces of a small onion Not a onion rings but itty bitty pieces. Sameforr tomates pickles etc. Otherwise always consistent. Read more

I love a Publix sub but sometimes they just don't scratch that itch. When this happens I indulge in a Subway treat. My go to... sandwich has and always will be the tuna sub.
