Toasted Bella mozza was not toasted, had no lettuce and was not worth what I paid for.
This place is empty for a reason. The portion sizing is ridiculous. I understand inflation but Publix gives way more meat for... half the cost on a sub. 1 tiny tray of meat for a sub is crazy when a 6? costs almost 8 dollars. Their sodas are also watereddown. There is a reason why not many people come and eat at this place. YOU the customer will feel that YOU are an inconvenience to... the people who work there. The young guy who works there gives you an attitude if let's say....you go in there at 7pm (theyclose at 8pm) because they want to go home already and starts to wet mop and close the place already. Even if they will prepareyour sub, they move so slow(on puropse I bet) that they wont let you eat and sit inside and enjoy your sandwich because YOUthe customer, will be inconveniencing them because they will have to do their job (clean and arrange the tables). EVEN if youare nice to them and you still have 30 mins till closing time, they will still not let you eat inside and enjoy their sandwichat their table. EVEN if you can pick any table you want in there (place is empty) because the pandemic's restrictions areover....you Still Can't Have a table in there. EVEN the open and closing time is confusing. Even though in Google maps it saysopen, one time when I went there previously, the place was closed! It was lunchtime! I only ordered this time because I gothungry and had no choice. Don't let appearance fool you. Although it may look nice on the outside, it is not. There was only one worker. There wasn't like... half of the ingredients they are supposed to have. And the lady refused to refill the cucumbers. And she didn't want to defrostthe pizza because they didn't work yesterday. It's also mid day 12:27 so they should've done that earlier. Also DON'T GET THESUB SALAD!!! They don't give you what you get in a sub. Only one scoop/sprinkle of each ingredient which you normally get 2 ofin a normal sub. It's just a marketing scheme. Was there today and there is only one person working and she was super rude. She looks like she had her hands full and it was... dinner hour and she was the only one working. No one else was there to help her and she was very rude. No management was onstaff for me to complain too.
