Tell your stupid staff that if they see "ADD ON" to not REPLACE meat with black beans. People eat meat WITH black beans. And if... you're not sure then ASK THE CUSTOMER. Paying extra to NOT get meat? I am so disappointed with the service we just experienced. We waited for someone to speak to us at the speaker. Nothing... happened so we pulled up to the window. That?s when we were told we couldn?t be served by two staff members. It was absolutepouring rain to the point that we could barely hear the workers. And they refused to serve us. When we explained what happened,they told us to drive around and try again?when we had already waited for about fifteen minutes to be served. Normally people only leave reviews when service is bad, but this 5 star review is well deserved for your manager Leo on duty... tonight 8/27/22. I have been on the path to a healthier lifestyle for a few weeks now and cut out all fast food except for 1day every so often, I?ll reward myself. Today I chose Taco Bell because it?s something I haven?t had in awhile and I used toreally enjoy the chicken quesadillas. I always order xmeat xcheese xsauce on mine. I went through the drive thru and ordered myusual. I got home about ten mins later only to discover my quesadilla did not have any of the xtras I got charged for. I?veworked in the food industry my entire life, so I do understand mistakes happen. Since I don?t eat junk often anymore?I wasREALLY looking forward to it. My first thought was to not be a Karen and just eat the meal, but I couldn?t. Especially afterpaying for every individual xtra. I drove back up there and asked to speak with a manager. A young guy named Leo came up,listened to my concerns and personally remade my meal. I was very grateful. He didn?t treat me like I was looking for a freemeal. Just a great manager giving great customer service. We need more Leo?s in the industry. whatever you pay him, double it.Owner operators need to appreciate workers like that. especially in the crazy times we are in with staffing issues. Read more

This place is a JOKE. I wanted to have a pizza now that it?s back. Employees need to learn how to make pizza first. Pizza was... only on half the tortilla and half the toppings . I asked for plenty (6) fire sauce and if I hadn?t asked for more as I droveoff I only would have had 3 . I asked drive thru server if there was sauce in bag and she answered as if not sure so I requestedmore. Taco Bell (in my mind needs to hire better workers. Your food comes sometimes with so much grease it goes through the entire... bag!! These were just terrible tacos.
