Our first time to the boathouse. Very busy on a NFL Sunday ~30 minute wait to be seated. Great place to see your team play. Great atmosphere with excellent live music. At least it was the evening I was there! The food was all pretty good. Very nice... portions. It's an outdoor restaurant and bar, it's not fine dining. They have a pool and boat docks which gave it a resort feel.Great place to get a good sandwich and a drink or two. Read more

Fun, classic Florida vibes with just a hint of dive bar. Lots of covered and outdoor dining. Water views in the back with fire... pit, corn hole, etc. Pool with food & drink service on deck. Can come by car or boat. A very good time ???? Read more

Fun place with an excellent atmosphere, outdoor pool and nice open building! Food was great and wait staff was very... accommodating! Had the Gator bites, Cuban sandwich, which had pepperoni added and I liked that little change! Enjoyed the KeyLime pie which was a little tart the way I like it! Beers on tap were a good variety! Great place with an excellent vibe. The food is very good and the portions are nice. The wait for a table can be very long... depending on when you're there and how many in your party. No reservations!! You can arrive by land or sea...there is a dockfor your boat. There are also extra parking areas with shuttle service which is awesome. Two bars , lots of seating , a pool anda little beach area. The view of the Calooshatchee River from just about anywhere in the restaurant is beautiful. They haveentertainment and TVs for all your viewing needs. There is also merchandise for sale. The menu seems to have a little somethingfor everyone. Come in for lunch or dinner or just for a few drinks and some relaxation. Makes for a fabulous day !!! Nothandicap accessible...didn't see a ramp just stairs. This is a very big establishment. Mid day on a Monday there was a fifteen to twenty minute wait for 2 and an hour for four or... more. Our waitress was nice, she seemed a bit overwhelmed at the end. The food was good, worth the price when considering theenvironment. Just a pleasant place. There is a pool for guests to use and seating on a beach for the more adventurous folks. Read more
