Absolutely the worst location!!! They have a very wonderful women taking orders for the drive thru, but the manager is... absolutely horrible! She has a horrible attitude and is extremely disrespectful! I am a manager myself for a 5 star ratedcompany in the area.I know being in that position you treat your employees and your customers with respect (especially when yourcustomer is not being rude or demanding anything) Aracely was the manager on duty. First time at this location. I didn't go there late near closing. I went at dinner time. The dining room was closed, and I had... to go through the drive thru. I ordered a triple with cheese with no onion and a large fry. I wasn't given my total until I gotto the window. When I tasted the fries, after paying for and receiving my order, they weren't crispy or hot. They were warm,old, and soggy. My triple with cheese was double wrapped, the meat was cold and dried out. I did get no onions on it, but itonly had a couple pickles, a lot of mayonnaise, a piece of lettuce and tomato on it. Having worked for and managed a Wendy's, Iknow that they repurposed someone elses, sandwich possibly one ordered but not picked up, or they make up lots of burgers aheadof time so that they don't have to do that much work. The people on shift there should be fired or put on different shifts andnot work together. They seemed more concerned with socializing with each other than quality or care for the customer. Read more

One is the slowest fast food places I?ve ever been too! Had 7 people behind the counter but still waited almost 30 mins. I... should have gone elsewhere but my kids wanted a frosty. Last time for that. Read more
This is one of the few Wendy's in the area that you can trust you'll get your food from even if the traffic is bad! I have to... say that the team inside this store is always working hard to get the orders out in a timely manner and to get the servicelevels to One hundred percent! For being one of the most busiest stores they continue to provide great service! Read more
My worst experience here. The manager seemed like she wanted to fight me. I was on a video call with my sisters and Jakira... didn't greet me she just came on very rude. I tried explaining to her that I wasn't speaking to her she said she'd have meremoved by the police (this was in the drive thru line) I asked why. She then says " I'm not going to take your order so...we'llcome inside then" I go inside and asked to speak to the manager... LMAO she's the manager. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL she came to thefront and walked away cussing at me. She said that I was UNPROFESSIONAL... Lol how if we never exchanged words. If she's tiredthen she shouldn't work there especially with that attitude. Now I know why ppl cause fights bc that manager is definitelyasking for a beating. I felt threatened! This is probably the worst Wendy's in the US. Not once have I been to this location with less than a 20 min wait. Anytime you... order a larger burger they substitute it with a smaller one and say nothing - you order a baconator you get a son of baconator,you order a double you get a single etc. My expectations for any fast food joint are low but this location consistently managesto fail to meet them.
