I grew up on a Wingstop. Wingstop used to be delicious. This particular one is a block from my house. Whenever the order says... it?s going to be ready no matter what is always late. Yesterday they were very busy, there were eight people working with onlytwo who spoke English. I ordered online and even gave an extra 10 minutes after the online time. I get there it wasn?t ready. Iwaited in the lobby for 30 minutes before I asked for a refund and my order was ready within 30 seconds of that. You havenumerous people working and one girl working the register because she?s the only one who speaks English besides the managerwho?s in the back. My boneless wings were delicious with their new hot and honey flavoring. My wings were very very tiny as theymust?ve changed vendors as they were tiny the last time I went as well. Wingstop much change their time they?re giving to peopleonline because people are standing and being angry for waiting so long and the girl kept telling everyone your food is up nextand it would be somebody else?s food. Wings were good. Customer service was poor. 40 min to get our 16 wings to eat in. Establishment was dirty. No ice. Looked like a... employee had family there as they kept giving them food. Parking is kinda tight. ???? Read more
I ordered an 8 piece wing combo thru uber eats. My French fries were burnt and the drink was wrong. I tried going thru uber eats... to get even a partial refund and was denied. I even contacted the manager at this wing stop location and I was told to waituntil August 10 when the Lehigh Acres store opens and she will remake my order. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous to haveto wait 10 days for any kind of resolve. I was going to order from their wing competitor and chose to order from them I shouldhave followed my first mind. Needless to say I will not be ordering from the Fort Myers or Lehigh Acres location after thisincident. Read more
Food was great! Although we weren't told there wasn't any ice until after we bought our drinks. Sodas were hot. Planned to dine... in but left instead to buy a cold drink. Other than that the food was good and a great price. Read more
The Absolute Worst. Save your money. The staff is clueless. Tiny wings, wrong amount, slimy not crispy. Was a dine in order but... gave us a to go bag that sat on their shelf for 15 minutes. Other customer's frustrated at waiting up to an hour for their food.Never again. Management needs to do much better. Read more
I ordered ahead of time through the app, got there a little early and I was surprised when the order was ready earlier than... promised. Everyone working there is fairly nice and they have a huge drink selection in their Coke machine and everything wasrefilled except the lemon flavoring. You guys NEED to try the new Orange Szechuan flavor for the wings. It?s the perfectcombination between sweet and spicy and their Cajun fried corn is delicious as well. Read more
I?m sure this is a great wing place for fast food most of the time, but due to COVID, I can?t give an accurate review other than... the wings. I wasn?t satisfied with the wings or fries. The mild wings weren?t spicy as expected. Fries were soggy. Prices wereoutrageous, 30 wings and fries costed $40. & change. So with that being said- could have considered another place for thoseprices and the quality of food. Customer Service was just okay though. Read more
I put money on my son's debit card so he could order food while I was gone. I checked to see how much he spent and the same... charge was there twice. I called to let them know that they double charged us a little over 19.00 that's almost 40 bucks asapposed to 19.00. The person who answered the phone didn't speak English. I told them they double charged us and we need to fixit. She said hold on then hung up on me. Call back and they just let the phone ring for 3x executive calls. Watch your accountfrom this place. After speaking with my son he says the food is good but they delivered half his order last time and he had toget them to refund it. Sounds like the employees aren't doing a great job. Buyer beware. Called back the people don'tunderstand English I spoke slowly and tried to be understanding but it's like they have people who don't speak English answeringthe phone.
