Stopped in around 4 pm on Sunday to get a plate for dinner and leftovers for lunch next day. I asked for fried rice and was... focused on choosing my two entrées. They boxed up my food and I sat down to eat it. The fried rice was just rice with a littlebit of egg in it. I went back to counter and asked if it was supposed to have veggies in it. They said yes, but they ran out ofpeas and carrots. I said you didn?t even offer a discount since it didn?t include all the ingredients? He just shrugged. Thereis a Walmart neighborhood market literally right behind the restaurant. Peas and carrots are pretty basic frozen vegetables. Ifyou know you need peas and carrots and are out of them, send someone to the grocery store to buy them and settle up withmanagement later! Two stars only because every other time I've been here, its been good. I always get the same thing, grilled teriyaki chicken,... and usually it taste so fresh and you get chicken straight from the breast. Today, I ordered a medium for two and every piece ofmeat was at least 50% fatty. It was so wet and rubbery tasting that the whole experience ruined my taste mood for Panda. Im notsure when I will return after this experience. Read more
UPDATED: My food was terrible, cold, and my chow mein was literally just cabbage. That being said, their food has always been... good prior to this so I will give a good review anyways. - Coming back to update review months after every visit after thiswas essentially the same as the above review. whoever is in the kitchen is a very terrible cook. my rice was burnt and was sticking together like a baby food mush. I have to... blame everyone that works at the establishment for the cause of this because it is a team effort to keep a customer satisfied. Iam highly unsatisfied and won't be going back to that location ever again. Read more
We went through the drive through on a Thursday afternoon at 6pm. The lady taking our order said that there would be a wait on... several entrees and on noodles. She said it would be about 15 minutes and that's reasonable. We pulled around the building andstarted our wait. We are not overly impatient so we waited about 30 minutes before we went inside to check to see what was goingon. They give us our food only to realize we had ordered plates and they gave us bowls and the entrees were not correct. Theysaid it would be another 20 minute wait on one of our other entrees we had ordered. It's currently 6:47pm. We still don't havethe correct food so we just left and called it a loss after 45 minutes. I love Panda Express but this was a very disappointingexperience. Read more
Just got some Panda Express today and I?m very disappointed! After realizing that a plate now cost close to $10 now, didn?t... realize portions were smaller too. Plus no veggies with my Beijing beef or sesame chicken. And let?s not forget the hair Ipulled out of my food ???? Read more
