The staff was working as quickly as possible. Door dash order huge...while 7 of us were in line. One gentleman became... hostile...He Did Not comprehend that a machine...paid order jumped to THE FRONT OF THE LINE...several customers left...I spent40 mins. In line... They need more staff. Legit terrible service. we placed an online order and then picked it up. Totally should have checked before driving 20 min home.... Called to complain since they made the sandwiches 100000% wrong and they said mgmt wasnt there till the following week. He alsosaid the directions were confusing. Even though it's super clear. Apparently they are hiring kids who cant read a single word,and that have absolutely terrible customer service skills. Will be calling the management for sure. Read more

This is the best Subway of the 2 in and around Ft.Oglethorpe. It is the one on Hwy 27 and they have recently remodeled it as... well. The food and service are far superior to the one on 2A. You would think that they both have the same food in general butit just seems like the quality is better. The staff there actually act like they know what they are doing and want to make yourorder correct and the way you expect it to be. They are all super polite and friendly but most of all they are very clean andsanitary when making your order. Check them out and you decide. I prefer the one on Hwy 27... I will not eat at the other oneanymore at all. Read more
I have had a couple bad experiences there in the past but there were two guys working last night that pretty much could have... done a better job. Was pretty busy when I got there and they handled everything well. All the vegetables like tomatoes and stuffwe're running kind of low but they were still very fresh so they must have been busting their butts for a while. They got us inand out quickly and did one hell of a good job making a hungry Man feel better! Read more
