Went in for sandwich to take for lunch at work. I work night shift so any sandwich is soggy at 2 am. The server fixed my... toppings and put them in a cup so I could put them on my fresh bread when I was ready to eat. Very good idea and made agreat sandwich. Awesome customer service!! This location will be the reason I'll never eat a subway again. They didn't have my online order couldn't find it even with the... confirmation information and refused a refund even with proof they had our money. after waiting an hour over what the order pickup time was due to the general manager leaving a teen to run the store alone during peak period. He then decided it wasappropriate to talk down to my husband as if he was a child. Truly feel sorry for his employees and Corp has already beencontacted! Read more
I just have to say that this is the worst subway that I've ever been to in my entire life. Every time I have ever ordered here... it takes an absolute Millennia to even get to the point where I'm picking what bread I want. I don't know if they need to hiremore staff or what it is that's not really my problem what I'm the one ordering the food. I put in a mobile order and waitedalmost an hour for the mobile order to give them plenty of time to get it because I was at work and I was getting this on mylunch break I came to go pick it up and they didn't even have it started yet they took the entire 30 minutes to make my sandwichI didn't even get to eat it on my lunch break and it's been like this every time I've ever ordered anything from the subway.
