Hello! I work at another Chick-fil-a location out of state. I?m on a trip with my family and we decided to stop at this... location. There was no Core 4 (not even a my pleasure), 2nd mile, only one person looked me in the eye and everyone I spoke withincluding leadership gave me attitude. I'm not one to complain but today boy smh I give 2 stars only because 2 people were very nice and personally. When got to the... drive-thru window my 2 year old decide they wanted a water. So we asked for one more very politely. The man was nice but thelady was so rude. We said thank you to her and she just looked at us not saying a word and had a mean mug on her face. I gothere once in awhile and never was anyone rude until today. It's a water lady not your life. Chick-fil-A usually hires greatpeople. Read more
Usually Chick-fil-a is super fast, with awesome customer service, but this one needs better management. The parking lot was not... full and line not long so we went in. There were about 10 people in line. Ordering went fairly easy. Waited almost 20 minutesfor our To Go order. Everyone waiting and frustrated. I think they were trying to be efficient by making 2 or 3 to go ordersat a time then handing 3 bags to 3 different people. Frustrating for the one that ordered first out of those 3.
