Do not order from here. I work third shift and this is the second time in a row that I?ve placed an order and been told they are... too lazy to come bring my order because it?s too close to closing! Maggie is no help whatsoever! When I ask who I can contactabout this? she explains she doesn?t know what I should do! Then now they are holding my money for my orders because theyalready charged the card! If you don?t wanna work? then just stay home! Update: surprise! I get a note from the ?manager?stating that they don?t wanna stay open until the time they are supposed to! Give me a break! I always order on the app and have never had an issue with an order being wrong or delays when I pick it up and get home. It?s... always fresh and hot. The 2 or more for $5.99 each is a great deal to feed a family. Fort Payne Domino?s has become our go tofor Pizza night! Read more
Have always ordered online and been delivered to home address, tonight the add states that I am not in delivery area ?? So i... order on the way to pick up meet the dominos delivery driver that has been coming to our location 1/2 mile from my house , ??Drive to dominos and pick up order and drive home . Order is wrong , call and speak to the manager and they state that since theorder was placed online there is nothing they can do. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . They accepted the order online , was paid forit and they accepted that , but make ABSOLUTELY NO ATTEMPT to help fix the problem. Read more
do not recommend. used my points to get a free pizza yesterday and was going to get it delivered to my workplace because I... couldn't leave to go get it. got a call later saying they canceled my order because they had no delivery drivers. money gotrefunded but my points did not get refunded. now I'm going to be out of a free pizza because of that. ???? all my points gone,for nothing. Tried getting in contact with customer support, no one would reply to me. I just want my points back. Will neverorder from this dominos again. I'll continue to go to the albertville store they will actually give you good service. Also, fortpayne dominos if yall "don't have delivery drivers" yall should specify that on your website so people won't lose out on pointsand their time won't be wasted. Very seldom does a fast food get a 5 star but they deserve it. Food has always been on time, hot and to order. Price is cheaper... than a frozen pizza. The staff is always friendly and polite. Read more
