The lady at this Jack's was working her butt off, and all the other younger kids barely moving. I mean she literally had to... take up entries else's slack, she was short staffed as all fast food restaurants are. Got all our orders correct, and had torefill ice machines. Had the wickle pickle burger yesterday from another location and had to try it again. Disappointed. It had 2 beef patties,... cheese, bacon, tomato, some sauce, DILL pickles, and a crispy chicken patty! Took of the chicken patty and ate the rest. Tastedgood but was not right with the wrong pickles. Never had a problem before I go into jacks on a daily since I also deliver with door dash , This morning I was ordering food for... my self , husband and kids . The girl taking the order was rush everything I said she kept saying does that complete your ordertill it got to the last thing I said then she said pull around my order was not finished I also needed a on the older woman atthe drive threw who took my money was sweet as can be she always is when I come in. I got home I live 4 mins down the road thehash browns tasted old and stale like they been sitting awhile and my two sausage and biscuits for my kids was not in there .So I went back she acted like I was lying about the sausage and biscuits not being in there she didn't say that but you couldtell by the look on her face she also proceeded to tell me the hash browns was not stale causethey just came up cause sheremembered my order I know what they tasted like cause I also work fast food the second batch was fresh though so that's goodbut the attitude the woman had makes me just wanna stick with just door dash ther and go in the other side of town when it comesto my family and I food! Passed through this town on a road trip. Food was very fresh and yummy! Lady at the counter was so super sweet and seemed happy... to be there. Everything was clean and they were following Covid guidelines without compromising the enjoyment of our dinningexperience. We were aloud to go inside and dine and we enjoyed it! Read more
Worst meal ever. Chicken was so dry and just room temperature. We order 8 piece mixed, didn't get equal amount of pieces gave us... plenty of wings. Too dry couldn't eat. The fries were hot and good. 18 dollars for 2 order of fries that is all we could eat ofour order. First time we have ever try Jack's don't think we will ever go back. Customer service is vital in todays time. I understand the struggle with finding good help during and post Covid. But this Jacks... service has declined substantially. Wait 15 mins for a cold, old sausage biscuit and raw chicken biscuit, only to get no apologywhen asking for a fresh replacement. They just don?t want to be there and it shows. Read more
