Appx 22:00 the other day. I was the only customer inside or out. Went inside & asked for six fresh cooked from the grill to go.... I told them I didn't want any from a "warmer" and no onions or pickles. The young girl said they would cook them fresh. Iwatched the cook take them from a warmer and scrape the onions off. I accepted the order, knowing it would be my last here.After adding ketchup, I choked them down. .. Never again. Read more
Placed order in drive thru. Asked the young girl at the window why the price charged was more than what was on the marquee. Got... a couple of snide answers and bad attitude. Asked to talk to the manager. He was nice and helpful but clearly over his head andno skills in handling employees. Don?t really care about the dollar but I can live without the attitude. Read more
They are so slow. If you have the time to sit 25-35 minutes for your food then go there. Or when you finally get to the window... they have over charged you not once but twice. The appearance of the workers seem not to clean and disorganized. Read more
Fast and friendly service, tasty food, military discount. Can?t complain!
Yikes, the facility is in dire need of serious cleaning. The restrooms were especially nasty with no toilet paper. Even more... surprising was that a small grease fire broke out and the manager was ill equipped to handle it. Staff had no idea of how toshut off the fryers, a very scary moment. I retreated to my vehicle to consume my purchase. The burgers were rubbery and tatertots soggy, and saturated with shredded cheese that appeared not to want to melt. The chili was devoid of any real taste, just agreasy goo of a meat sauce. The counter staff however was friendly and did their best to keep the patrons calm while looking fora solution to the mini grease fire. Krystal, get your people trained on emergency protocols and procedures. This could've beena seriously bad situation. Read more
Told us when ordering that the milkshake machine was down only to see them making a milkshake for themselves when at the window... waiting on our food. We were the only customers in line and they still forgot half of our order when we looked in the bag. Wouldhave mentioned it, but we didn?t waste the time because they wouldn?t have cared anyways. And on top of that our food was nothot! Read more
I have been eating at Krystal for over 40 years. And this is the worst food I have ever gotten. I waited for my food for a... little while. I was given a pie for my wait. Not bad. The fries were cold and limp. The burgers were thrown together. Picklesand onions were in the box not on sandwich. And now I find a hair. What has happened to Krystal? Just a complete disappointment. Last experience was horrible. Husband is a veteran and would not let me use my military wife id to get him food. Tried to... order a large order and the woman did everything she could to discourage me placing the order. We left after her rudeness andgenerally we will spend $35-50/meal minimum. Read more
