Food was good but Floors and tables were nasty. Had to clean my table and cheers.
They are ok but they don't take coupons anymore. They need more than one person working. The wait was to long!
Rip off ???? $25 for two small wraps? What? Are you freakin kidding me? So very bland tasting. Sorry but total thumbs down ????... on top of that they have no specials anymore, and they do not accept any kind of coupons. Great way to keep customers huh? Wewill never go there again. This place is disgusting. The people that work there are rude and nasty. Girl kept sneezing and didn't change her gloves . One... of them had a nasty sore on her nose that seemed to be bleeding. While one of the sandwiches was being made she put what shewanted on it mayo was dripping off the sandwich. When I went to pay I asked to make it a meal I was treated like I was stupid. Itold them I didn't want their food and proceeded to leave when the girl at the register threw the chips at me. This placedoesn't even deserve a star for a rating. I went in with a coupon for 2 footlongs showed it to the people and they started making our sandwiches. Once we got up there to... the register they said we don't Take coupons. They were very rude giving us little explanation. I couldn't hear what they said.They rushed us when we were the only ones in line. My little sister felt very unwelcome. The food is good however staff here was horrible. One of the men who actually claimed to be a manager had not only taken... pictures of my vehicle while I was there but coincidentally my ex (who I have a protection order against for abuse against mychild and I) waltzed into the building moments after said employee was seen with his phone out. They continued to talk about meand brag about the guns in their vehicle. Blatant disrespect and intimidation performed in this building with a lack ofprofessionalism like I?ve never seen before. Had a friend treat me to lunch at our local Subway which I rarely frequent due to the fact they do not take Subway coupons and... are very skimpy on their portions unlike any other Subway I?ve ever been to. Customer service was great however the quality ofthe food was meh. When I asked why they were serving brown lettuce the employee informed me that the owner will not let themthrow away any of the bad looking produce til the container is empty. Red flag number 1. Then when I went to their drink stationI was in shock to see how filthy and nasty it was. I?m very OCD about cleanliness in a restaurant and you could tell it hadn?tbeen properly cleaned in forever. Red flag 2. Then while I was eating my sandwich I started looking around the entire restaurantand noticed just how nasty the entire place was and low and behold when I went to the restroom and discovered how nasty it wasRed flag 3, I then decided I would never return to this particular Subway ever again. I even went as far as to ask what theirhealth score was and was told they get a heads up the day before the health department comes and the employees are forced thenand only then to clean everything thoroughly. Red flag 4 I?ve dealt with the health department for years and have never knownof them giving any place of business an advance notice when they were coming which may have been a misconception by the employeecause one thing is for sure. Alabama?s health department is a heck of a lot more thorough and have much higher standards thanother states I have worked in. To the owner of this establishment you need to properly go by health code standards andfurthermore quit taking the tips made by employees and keeping them for yourself. That is the epitome of bad management as wellas ownership, integrity and character. Especially when your place of business is the lowest paid in the industry.
