The drive through guy was amazing. Very professional and helpful. First time visiting an arby?s and he made it a great... experience. Also he helped us with picking the food. The experience and food was so great I will be definitely visiting again.We came on a Sunday around 1pm. I wouldn?t work for that little woman manager for more than an hour. I had about enough of her sitting in the dining room... listening to her yell at the employees. I think I?ll sit outside when the restaurant closes until the employees to go next-doorto Chick-fil-A well they?ll be respected and honored and human beings. Today at 5:15, Order in drive thru. Asked to pull up at stop sign and my food would be out shortly. After several moments my... husband debated getting out. We're finally given our food. I live only a few minutes up the road so not really enough time forfood to get cold. We had 6 piece kids meal, no sauce, no toy, chicken was ridiculous hard to where my son couldn't even biteinto it, A buffalo chicken wrap meal with curly fries, the wrap was so stuffed with large chicken nuggets I don't even know howthey rolled it up. I took one bite, the wrap itself was like rubber and the whole thing came unrolled, a giant pile of oldlooking sliced red onion right in the middle, 2 ranky looking small slices of tomato, the lettuce was dark wilty at the edges.My husband had a double beef and cheddar meal, he said his sandwich was ok, not great. My other son had a buffalo chickensandwich, he said it was messy and only at about half. ALL of our fries were what looked like the bits and pieces at the bottomof the bag, mix of curly and crinkle and as HARD as could be, like they sat and were dunked in the fryer to heat up out of mymedium fry I think I found 5 that I could actually chew. I called location 3 times with number provided from Google and let thephone ring and ring with no answer. Restaurant was not busy but wait was very long. It seemed like many cars were quickly passing through the drive thru, while we... inside waited too long. Roast beef was sliced very thin - excellent sandwich. Fries looked like out of the bottom of the bin,not impressed. All in all spent very little money (coupons everywhere) and will try again. Stopped in today. (August 19, 2022) Usually food is always good. Guy made me pull forward because he said he was making fresh... jalapeno poppers. It's always a long wait even when you're the only person there. Place honestly looked closed. Only knew it wasopen because saw one person sitting in dining room. Got home and all my food was cold. Disappointed that kid lied just to get usoff timer. Guess when you only getting one timer record per hour you got to try to make it look fast. Older review: Food isalways good but the wait is always hilariously long. Can go to Chick-fil-A next door when twenty people in line and wait isabout a third the time it would be if at Arby's even when you're the only one in line at Arby's. They better off adding a Sonicstyle ordering system and getting rid of drive thru. Then also add some peanuts or candy at the terminals so if you're starvingyou have something to snack on while you wait because it's going to be awhile. Read more
Came to try the new wagyu burger after watching reviewbrahs video on it and was not disappointed. I hope they keep it on the... menu. Burger was juicy and flavorful.
