I orderd via the app and received the notification that the pizza is ready. When I went in there, he asked my name and checked... for the pizza, said it must not have been ready. I waited for 15/20mins, went again to check and then he says not ready again.Then I ask another guy (different one)?and then he finds my pizza and says it has been ready long time ago. I tried ordering pizza for my family. The person I talked to said that their system is not excepting gift cards for the past two... weeks. Yet, this person said that they just found out today. I did a pick up for 2 large pizza, meat lovers and vegetarians thin crust, and Garlic bread sticks, I had unlimited toppings for... only $ 25 after discount. We really enjoyed the pizza, everything fresh and tasty, on time, staff very friendly . That was thebest pizza I have eating in a very long time. They gave generous portions on the toppings. We even have left over for tomorrow.My very best experience for pizza. Really love it!. I really recommend this place if you want to get some hot, fresh, and tastypizzas! Read more

As mentioned by the other reviewers this place is a shell of what it used to be. The staff really does hang up the phone on... customers & will even block your #. I have always been polite and respectful of the staff even tipping the drivers 40-50%. Youwould think they would take care of those who take care of their drivers. It's a shame because this was the best franchise pizzajoint in Fort Pierce. Recently a driver showed up with a receipt for my exact order under someone else's credit card receipt tosign. I tried one last time to see if anything has changed and can confidently say, if you want a good experience GO ELSEWHERE,the odds are NOT in your favor here. I am finished with Domino's. They no longer care at this location, and corporate doesn'teither. Let capitalism swallow this once well redeemed company completely. They ruined everything they worked so hard to fix.Domino's will go the way of Blockbuster & Kmart. The blame rests directly on the shoulders of the owners/managers. I know for afact the person who inherited it is running all of his fathers hard work right into the ground. It's sad, but is the harshreality. I'm not lying about the credit card mishap either I caught/got it on my ring cam! The guy just wanted me to sign thereceipt after knowing full and well it WAS NOT MY CARD! I refused, and paid cash, as I'm not about to take part in their new lowclass standards. Buyer beware!!! It's been a nice ride guys, but I promised one last shot, and you blew it! The staffs are cool and what not but they don?t know what they are doing. The order I put for my pizza that didn?t come out like... I expected. Tasted like dry cardboard with a little bit of cheese on the top. They don?t put enough toppings or sauce on thepizza and they got my pizza wrong. I ordered from this place twice never again. This store went above and beyond expectations - I got to the store and the employee informed me that there would be a small... delay due to mixing my order up (I ordered two pizzas, both with different crusts and toppings), but the correct pizzas wouldonly be an additional few minutes. After 5 minutes, the supervisor walks outs carrying four pizzas (both the two ordered pizzasand the two incorrectly made pizzas), hands them to me with an apology for the wait. Not only did I appreciate being informedof what happened when I arrived, I really appreciated the apology, and my neighboring kids really appreciated two free pizzasthat I gave them! Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This was not the first time they mess up an order or told me they just forgot something. My... last order was for delivery and we waited over 2 hours for a delivery because they forgot our order and it was missed. The foodshows up cold, mixed with other food piece like lettuce in you Alfredo pasta! Today we ordered carry out since our lastexperience was awful with the delivery service and it was still incorrect and it was by far the worst but it will be the lastexperience with Dominos. The manger and his staff are rude and their attitude is take it because you have no choice. Instead ofacknowledging fault it?s the customers fault, that THEY didn?t check the provided order to make sure it was complete. I usuallywould be understanding and would just let it be but the fact that Kevin the manager?s response was accusatory and blaming wasbeyond infuriating. His response to me was ?so YOU left with out the complete order? after his staff just informed me theyforget it and were just about to call me! Their only solution was to make me go back out in the pouring rain and pick it up or acredit because they are TOO BUSY! The days of great customer service and maintaining loyal customers are long gone and a thingof the past. They could care less. Hello, I spoke with the manager Ricky Aglias while placing an order at the Fort Pierce location. I informed him that I placed... an order for a pepperoni pizza and asked for the buffalo wings to be cooked twice. When I got home, my pizza was severely burnedand my wings weren't cooked twice. I called the store for approximately an hour and explained my situation to the manager, whohad a bad attitude. Given that I rarely have issues visiting this store, I was dissatisfied with how the situation washandled. I enquired as to whether I could be eligible for a credit or discount on my upcoming purchase. He told me to give thepizza back, but I was unable to do so because I live too far away and I have young children that I have to take care of. When Iasked if I could submit images to prove I wasn't lying, he said no and he was shouting at me, insisting the food was not burned. Read more
