Every Wednesday and Sunday for the past few years... they have delivered to my door meals in a cooler bag with ice packs meals in containers. Even during times of strife like badweather or holidays they come through or let you know otherwise. The meals are ALWAYS amazing, good portioned, and fresh. Youhave plenty to choose from weekly, the menu never gets old. Not only do they taste great but you will likely lose weight as thecalorie count is excellent for the portion you are receiving.
