Ate here a couple days ago for lunch and even though the place was pretty busy it looks kind of understaffed. I had to wait in... line like 5 minutes and there was only a single person ahead of me. There was only one person to handle the counter and betweenthe phone ringing and her having to bring food to the tables she was quite busy. The pizza was OK, nothing to write home aboutbut it wasn't bad. I will say one thing, it is very reasonably priced (2 slices & and drink/ 7.50 lunch special) when you getslices this big. Ordered for delivery and the food arrived in a timely manner but was missing a sauce, called back and they said the driver would... have it right to us but when the driver arrived with our sauce she said ? you know you didn?t leave a tip right?? But I told herI didn?t see anywhere to leave a tip on the app and that I was sorry she then proceeded to tell me that there is a big spot toleave a tip and that it was fine because they will just instill one the next time. She was very rude with the secondinteraction. So there will be no next time. Would not recommend ordering from here. Read more
Ordered for delivery today and the delivery time was fast! food is good, but we ordered a side of Alfredo sauce with our order... and didn?t receive it. called back, they said they?d bring it over, they did, but then when the delivery driver came back thesecond time they said ?you guys know you didn?t tip right?? and we said ?you didn?t give us a receipt to sign and it didn?t giveus the option online to tip? and they said ?well next time we will just instill it next time? meaning that they will take thetip whether we want to leave one or not. and driver had a very bad attitude towards us because this was our first time orderingand didn?t know how to leave a tip since there wasn?t an option online. this will be the first and the last time ordering fromthis restaurant. I might have just been hungry, but it was real good. I mean 10 out of 10. I had two slices. The Deep Dish Pepper and Sausage and... The Veggie. I couldn't have been happier even though I had intended on having Jamaican food. A couple of photos is the beforeand after. I couldn't finish the crust of the veggie. Great new location with shopping in same plaza. Plenty of seating inside. Kiosk to self order inside. Great service. Would be... great if kiosk was in a different place. Customers behind you can move ahead of you while you use the kiosk. Read more
Ordered our pizza online for delivery so we did not have to go out after a busy day. We live full time on Hutchinson Island and... though we would try it. After placing our online order, it read to call the restaurant for special orders. I called therestaurant directly and after being on hold 3 times, I asked them that we did not want the green peppers because my wife isallergic to them. When the ordered arrived, I looked immediately and saw that there were green peppers on it, the driver told meI needed to call the restaurant. We called the restaurant and again being put on hold several times I told them that our pizzawas delivered with green peppers. Everyone denied talking to me. We called back again and talked to the manager, and he told usto bring the pizza back and they will make another pizza. So, we returned the pizza to a manager/owner who really did not seemto care about the situation and tried to blame the delivery service. I showed him the 6 phone calls I made to the number thatmatched their menu, No real sympathy, no compensation offered and just wasted our time tonight - the evening that was meant tobe relaxing.
