Worst customer service I?ve dealt with in my entire life! They messed up an order and then had the audacity to not bring the... sandwich late to a pregnant woman.. because I called to ask.. or I should say demand a refund/credit!! To correct THEIRmistake, they should have brought the correct order AS WELL as give a refund or a credit!!! They will never receive anotherpenny of mine! Complete idiots that work there! Read more
70 minutes later! Management really needs to hire somebody capable of taking customers orders on the phone. The lady that has... answered the past couple times is awful. A 30 second order takes 5 minutes every time. Please put someone on the phone thatknows how to do that job. Address was wrong too. I thought it was on file when I call in.... Read more
They are fast buttt? 11$ for a slim 8inch sub with 3 slices of roast beef throughout the whole sub. The food is a hit or miss... and this is the only one that puts all of their subs on slims that I have experienced. My go to when the wait is long everywhereelse and I?m not being picky. Read more
Food is poorly prepared, they constantly get orders wrong. If I showed you my receipt then showed you the inside of my sandwich,... half the time you?d wonder if they were even the same thing. They are clueless when you call them and their delivery driversnever read directions. All around waste of time, wish there were better sandwich shop options in Fort Pierce that deliver otherthan big chains that hire teenagers. I?d pay extra for it. Read more
I just left after ordering #17 Ultimate Porker for my boyfriend which he said was Awesome and a #13 Jimmy Cubano for me. I,... unfortunately, did not appreciate the sandwich that I got. If this is honestly what a Cubano looks like from Jimmy John?s I willNEVER return. I am completely unhappy. Great customer service, quick, fresh ingredients, clean store, employees were being professional by using a slower business time... to clean shelves. Only complaint is that the sub didnt have as much meat as what you see in advertisements. As you can see inthe picture I had to double check that it actually had meat by opening it up. If it wasnt for that I'd have given 5 stars. Read more
Hit or miss. I used to order often from here but with this last order, I am put off. First, the sandwich was soaked in tuna... juice, making the bread SO soggy and unappetizing. I have ordered tuna sandwiches before without this juice problem. AND....There was a Long Thick Beard(?) Hair on the side of the sandwich, ON the tuna. Officially lost my appetite and tossed thesandwich.. this makes me think they don't correctly cover their beards/hairs when preparing food. No, thank you. ???? Read more
