Tried calling in my order for 30 minutes B4 someone finally answered & yes I get that your busy but Y'ALL SERIOUSLY NEED TO... ANSWER THE PHONE PLEASE!! THEN After realizing that I forgot my soda that was with my combo & paid for, I realized I had to onceagain try calling bcuz I live 15 miles away. So for 2 hrs I constantly kept calling and finally at 10 pm they answer. Only totell me they can't do ANYTHING About it TOO BAD SORRY ???? THAT'S BS I ALREADY PAID FOR IT AND YOUR GOING TO TELL ME U CAN'TEVEN LET ME PICK IT UP TOMORROW ????. Also was an elderly lady in line in front of me complaining about them not answering thephone ???? ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!!! And yes I was pleased with my food it was good but not hot. I've actually never had their pizza before and I was so surprised. It was much better then most from the neighborhood pizzerias... and restaurants. And at more then half the price. I'll definitely go back. Read more

Deep dish pizza was great! My negative review is because they use Door Dash drivers for delivery, yet we can't customize pizzas... (not even to add extra cheese?? ????) on Door Dash site/app unless we call in our order. ??????????????????? Which means I'llhave to order from someplace like Papa John's. ???????? Read more
I walked in no hello no aknowledgement from the staff whatsoever. I stand at the counter for 10 minutes mind you they was 2... other customers in the lobby sitting so wasn't like they were dead it's a Saturday night. After 10 minutes a girl I can only assume is one of the staffs girlfriend walks in, and a guy in the back recognizes her walks to the front and pulls some pizzasout and ask her to come to the other register away from me and rings her out mind you she just pulled up was not waiting and Ijust wanted a few hot an ready so mine would have been just as fast and I was there 1st. I walked out because of the blantentdisrespect for customers. I couldn't even get a we'll be right with you just skipped in line because I don't hang with staffoutside of their work. I stopped in today and got a pizza. Tried to last night because they were closed. Didnt catch his name but the guy with real... long braids was doing an awesome job and working at full speed. He was the only one there and feel bad for him but he stepped upto the plate. Please consider a sign on bonus or pay increase to fill your staff shortages and keep up the good work !! Read more
Not bad especially for chain food pizza takeout. The store is small, dingy feel as it just seems old and not kept up. Service is... just so so. They seem to have e high turn around on employees as there is always different people working. The food is usuallynot bad for fast food pizza takeout, but more times then not the pizza dough is usually doughy and not nice and fully cookedthroughout.
