Would never go back. They need to fix the self service machines after making and order i found out they didn't have ice cream. ... They also wanted to charge my son who its 5 years old cause he was trying to put soda in one of their water cup. Avoid thisplace. Read more
We are here now on 9/3/22 it?s 12:40 in the morning came in for a couple burgers staff fighting and arguing in the back bit... worried about the customers out front. Some of us ordered ice cream and they said they didn?t have it we didn?t want anything inreplace and was told we couldn?t get a refund we had to come back in the morning. The manger who was upfront was rude anddisrespectful swearing and cursing talking about other employees homes. When I signed the receipt after her being so rude Ididn?t say your welcome so she mimicked me and I told her I?m not saying your welcome after you were so rude to me. After I gotmy order that was messed up not once but twice when walking out the door the manger started laughing and talking about me. Sohoney I hope you see this God bless you because we are random tippers to fast food employees. You should not treat customers theway you do. Read more
Probably the worst McDonald's service I've ever had which is saying a lot.... Spent the first 10 minutes waiting in line with... other customers with every one of the employees ignoring us which we eventually realize was because they wanted us to use theself checkout machines even though they're register was open to take orders and they never said verbally for us to do so....Then all of the machines were out of receipt paper so nobody knew they're correct order numbers a gentleman came in during allof this and asked to use the main register because he didn't want to get contagious germs from touching the screens on themachines and was met with a rude man who for the next 10 minutes kept making snide remarks about him very loudly and almostcaused a scene / altercation between the two this was around 8:30 a.m. August 24th. Anyways, my order ended up being incorrectand they had to end up reordering from the regular register anyways so all in all just a really inconvenient hassle with a bunchof rude workers that don't really care about their jobs. NO customer service in this location at all!!! They expect everyone to use the kiosk and if you're paying with cash, you must... order on the kiosk and then come to the register. I come to the register to pay with cash or credit card and frequentestablishments for the customer service. If I'm expected to use a kiosk and do their work for them then I expect my employeediscount!!! Employees thought it was a joke and can be overheard laughing. I was SERIOUS! Food was warm but not up totemperature as per standards and health code. No napkins no ketchup. Note: when kiosks can greet me, suggestive sell, smile, andthank me. Have been very disappointed with mc Donald's for the last 2years only stopped there because my granddaughter wanted hash browns... .the order taker was very pleasant .the mgr was at a table doing some paperwork . cashier had no ones to give back change askedmgr she said give them quarters! Ok ,was waiting for food a man behind me had been waiting with 2other people just for coffeeand said what's going on he finished his breakfast still standing there wait for coffee! I was standing by the corner of thecounter .I seen 2staff members on their phones manager went back there and unplugged a staff members phone asked who's phone isthis? I watched one of the cooks talking on his phone .this is not meant to be mean I know it's hard to find help these days noone wants to actually work so with that said the problem is in all places you go these days .it's been an on going problem nowork ethic anymore.no customer service .that was the first time I have been at a mc Donald's in 2years fast food is supposedto be fast I have seen this weekend 20 min wait for coffee and forget the drive through it's worse .I remember years ago thewait was no more than 5min .I never write bad reviews and this one not to be bad just informational! The food was ok, but the attitudes of the staff is unacceptable. Nor is the staff helpful. The kiosk tells you that you get free... sauces for your order then the staff charge you for the sauces. Upon a customers complaint of this the staff got attitude withthe handicapped gentleman then proceeded to talk to each other about the situation and gentlemen with attitude.
