I guess it's okay for McDonald's. I love McDonald's cheeseburgers, and they're so simple to make. They're slow to take your... order. Slow to make the food. The bathrooms aren't clean (for my visit). Worse service of any McDonald?s I have been to in a long time. When did the drive thru become more important then the customer... that takes the time to actually dine in your dinning room? 30 minutes to get an order and the employees don?t even have to worryabout taking orders now that they have everyone to the self serve kiosk. 10 employees 2 working the grills 7 working one drivethey window and 1 assisting customers in the dinning room. Sad that this is what McDonald?s has become. Luck your the only onefor like 10 miles or I think you would have no business at all. Read more

10:05pm and I ordered via the app for inside pickup. Walk up and doors are locked. Staff inside tell me through the door that I... have to go through drive thru. I get in line at drive thru and 25 minutes later get my order. They are busy so I look forwardto enjoying my sweet tea and food. NOPE, they gave me unsweetened tea. Yuck. I go around but didn't have another 25 minutes towait. Hope you have better luck than I had. Read more

Fast food just isn't fast food anymore. What is the purpose of having 2 drive thru lanes if you're only taking orders from one.... The vehicle behind me backed up and went to the other lane and was serviced immediately. After they pulled away I asked from thesame lane that I had been sitting in for a while if this Lane is working. They responded sorry for your wait. When I got to thewindow and asked what took them a while the young lady snapped that the window I was at was not hers. I would think a customeris a customer. Take the orders and be polite! Read more

Is it just me or are all employees and managers at McDonald's restaurants walk around clueless? This particular location doesn't... even take orders qt the register. I waited over 20 minutes to get the order. Then its wrong!!! So many bodies roaming around forwhat?!? Not a single manager assumes responsibility at the front counter. And this happens at every location!! Speed ofservice.. a zero! Customer service.. a Zero!! You're better off going to other fast food restaurants near this McDonald's! Read more

Signs all over say 24hr dining room and drive thru.. showed up at 930pm on a Tues night. Line wrapped around the building. So I... decided to walk inside to place an order. Saw a couple sitting down eating so I figured they were open inside. All doors we'relocked. The cleaning staff looked at me struggling to open the door and disregarded me and kept on doing whatever they weredoing. What a terrible McDonald's Read more

I worked here about 25 years ago- part time- while in college. You accused me of stealing from the cash register. Turns out, it... was the new girl who did it. Someone who didn?t look like me (of course). Which is ironic, since I actually liked the job andwas the most friendly (and most intelligent) person in the whole miserable place. Today, I guarantee I?m more successful thanany of you. I hope you feel terrible. Your food is disgusting and unhealthy. 30 minutes waiting for a curbside Mobil order, went in and it took them 10 minutes to determine it was received but not filled.... Canceled my order along with another person waiting inside for 30 min for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Manager not allocatingresources correctly as they cleared the drive through multiple Times. Not even an apology from the manager when I asked for arefund. This is a management issue not a team Member issue as they were working hard. Read more
