The food was fresh and hot , sometimes it's a hit or miss on the food sometimes hot sometimes old fries and sometimes they grab... a burger scrap off what you don't want put back together and call it fresh or double fry fish filet because they don't wannacook one, and let me tell ya that's just gross . I placed an order on the app. Waited over 20 minutes for the order and had to call b/c no one came out. I was told they didn't... have ice cream or shakes. I was told they WILL NOT issue a refund for the products I didn't receive because I placed an order onthe mobile app. I was told to request the refund on the app. Nothing there gives an option to request a refund. I went togoogle. Their website said to speak to the manager for refunds. I called the store back. The manager said she will NOT issue arefund for the products they didn't provide. I told her their site says they should be issuing the refund. It doesn't say usethe mobile app to request refunds. She hung up on me. I called back and asked for the name of the on duty manager. The samewoman who answered said Felicia. I don't believe her. That is the LAST time I spend money at the store located at 1612 DelawareAve, Fort Pierce, FL 34950. Its the closest store to my daughter's house but every time I go there they mess up my order. Nowrefusing to issue a refund for items not received is too much. Horrible , manager Liv was not cooperative or understanding and made up rules ! I?ve worked at many McDonald?s and never got... this type of treatment! Be careful they don?t lie to you. We took the kids to get a happy meal and asked for the advertised toys they have huge posters... for them all over the McDonald?s building and they gave us Pokémon cards. My husband goes inside and asks them if they had thecars toys and they lied and said no. I (mom) was upset so we went to another McDonald?s and they had it. So we went back to theDelaware McDonald?s and went to return the happy meals. Guess what they try to deter the return by offering us the cars toysthey supposedly didn?t have. Liars! If I could give this place no stars I would, it seems that every single time I go here I wait in a line for 30 minutes to an... hour for cold food .I just purchased 40 nuggets knowing there was no way I was going to eat them all I just wanted them fresh.After waiting for about 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru I get my food, and it is cold this happens at night frequently.
