I love Moe's food, so the 3 stars has nothing to do with the food. I would give the food 5 stars. I'm giving only 3 stars... because I just called to put in an order for pick up and the gentleman that I spoke with was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE!!!!!!! When Ifirst told him that I wanted to place an order for pickup, he actually told me that they were slow right now and I can justcome in to eat. Ha! I let him know that I'm currently 9 months pregnant and on strict bed rest and my sister was coming to pickup the order for my kids and I. The whole phone call he was very short, rude and dismissive. Very unprofessional!!!! Whoeverthis gentleman is, Moe's seriously needs to have a firm talking to with him because I could not even believe the tone,disrespect and horrible service this gentleman provided. Read more

Awful.. simply disgusting, steak was so well done it took effort to bite through, everything in the burrito was cold, not a... whole lot of distinguishable flavor, the bland rice, bland beans, mediocre salsa's. I've never been a fan of Chipotle but eventhat place is better. They also had no sugar free soda in the dispenser which is also something I prefer. Chips discolored, possibly got wet and very likely moldy. What happened to the Moes quality of fresh chips cooking and salsa... ? Also, Simple burrito gotten completely wrong as well. I don?t eat guacamole, ended up loaded with it. The bit I did attempt toeat was tasteless mush. I see why chipotle is the crowd favorite, disappointing. Read more

My original rating was a 5 star. Now consistently for the last 3 months I'd only give it a 1 star. Always out of items on the... steam table. 2-4 items. And there is literally a farmers market next door. And more than several times they have closed 10-15minutes early. I'm guessing that's why Chipotle across the street is so damn busy now. Read more

"welcome to Moe's" - no, no greeting when we walked in. In fact, no one directly at the front counter but a few employees... huddled by the register... Waited a few minutes just for a male to come up, wash his hands, and finally take our order. No lidsfor medium cups at all in utensils area. Salsa bar looked a mess, extra run off on the counter and around the bowls. Somethingmust not have been cooked completely, because within a few hours both my wife and I had unbelievable you know what.???? Lastly, with all the covid related issues still going around, please explain why you think your straw container isacceptable to put out for customers like this? So all customers have touched all these straws, that other customers put in theirmouth. Clearly can see its Great Value, found at Walmart. Stopped by for a dinner with family. Menu is interesting and very similar to Chipotle in every aspect and the similarity just... ends there. Disappointed at the quality of the food. Chips are so stale, couldn't eat after the first bite. Noticed the same,leaking out chips,among all the tables dining in when we were visiting. Salsa bar is a good idea and helpful, compared toChipotle. But the salsa isn't good and far cry if I were to compare with Chipotle. The food was average at best. Today my experience was not very good. I ordered a tofu salad, and PAID for extra tofu, and also requested extra rice. There is... not a single piece of tofu to be found in my order, and there?s almost no rice at all. I live 25 minutes away so I usually onlyget Moe?s when I?m in the area, and I never had an issue before. Another issue from today was the excessive amount of stalechips they put in the bag. I haven?t been to a Moe?s Southwest Grill in a long time so wanted to check it out again... I really wanted to give them a 5... Star review But... I went for lunch and was excited to order and eat my meal, however, when I took the first bite and a coupleother bites after that, of my burrito I was sorely disappointed in that the rice, beans, chicken was just cool to lukewarm... Iwas expecting it to be hot since at a glance I saw steam coming up from some of the trays. The tortilla chips were very greasyso we just threw them out. Staff and clientele wore masks and place was clean, however, I also felt very rushed when trying todecide what to put in my burrito (only one other person was behind me in line - my lunch friend).
