Terrible experience. 2h after ordering and never got my pizza, called the manager and he hung up on me.
Ordered here twice since moving here and wont again, delivery always takes at least an hour because they apparently dont have... delivery drivers of their own so you wait on uber eats or whoever they pass your order off to. Pizza showed up cold each time. Read more
Ordered pizza with Alfredo sauce and stuffed crust. Got home and it had tomato sauce instead as well as it didn't look fresh. I... called and she did make another one. She said the online ordering was a little tricky, so I needed to be careful, next time shewould have to charge for that kind of mistake. I have plenty of experience on computers, so Im confident I know how to make asimple order. I got that pizza home, it was hot, and delicious, but no stuffed crust. When we called again, we were told theywere not responsible for online orders. I liked Papa Johns St Lucie West location, but guess we will be using another pizza shopgoing forward. Read more
Ordered through doordash it was my first time ordering through doordash for pizza so i called spoke with someone named robert... answered my questions well and had good customer service skills i even ended up with 1 extra garlic sauce so ended up with 3 butgreat food and service i did not have any issues on the phone. My kiddos have a dairy allergy so they can?t have cheese. Usually we end up with too much pizza sauce but this was done well.
Very disappointed in the pizzas. I ordered 2 pies, 1 w/ meatballs & onions, 1 w/mushrooms & onions. Bread sticks were better... then the pizza.The tops were so little not even on the complete pie. No taste very bland. See for yourself, look at the photos.Will not go back. Read more
