I?m not sure exactly what Starbucks closing policies are, but I got a coffee at around 9:45 ish?. and in the middle of my... conversation, drinking my coffee, a female employee came up to me stating ?7 minutes till closing??. Thanks but I knew that ?There was another lady in Starbucks on the phone that was literally being WATCHED by employees for being in there late ?. It wasvery weird, then the second it hit 9:59 another male employee went to walk up to me again saying it was closing time ?. As I wasalready collecting my items lol?? I work at a restaurant myself and I?ve never seen anything like this before, mind you all ofthis took place before the store was even closed ??. terrible experience with manager on floor. baristas helpful and kind but manager gave a bad attitude and was raising her voice.... embarrassing as a customer and definitely not appreciated as a fellow customer service/food service worker. Read more

Very friendly and trained staff. Must be new employees. I'm liking the new customer service with a smile attitude! Also notice... they aren't constantly running out of things like before. Much better experience. Read more

Hairs - 2 different colors and lengths stuck on the outside of my cup visibly hanging when the window server passed to me. I... didn?t even let it go past my steering wheel passing it right back and saying I want my money back. Two disappointments the first was I had one of my coffee in a mug and not a paper cup and they said that no longer available at... this location. Coffee tastes so much better in a mug. And the second item on my list was the sandwich I had ordered 5 minuteslater they told me they didn't have any more. They should have known right off the bat that they were out of stock. It was notmy usual experience at Starbucks. Read more

I love this particular store. I have never met anyone there who did not have a pleasant smile on their face. If ever there was a... mix up with my order which is rare, it has been fix without a fuss. To the Dunkin Donut managers/trainers, the staff couldlearn a few things about customer service. Read more

A worthless and lazy crew this day after Christmas. Over half a dozen employees in there but they have the doors locked with a... drive thru only sign. We did an online order and have a vehicle too tall to go through the drive through and finally theybrought it out to us. No excuses here that I can see for this but pure laziness. The fact they don?t even dump their trashshows you how much this crew cares about quality. In the fifteen minutes we wasted here in the parking lot I saw a dozen peoplewalk up to the door, and then just turn around and leave. Feel free to reply with the reasoning and I will change my review butfrom the customer perspective this is silly. Read more
