I love Starbucks but feel they really get lots of money for so little . I ordered 2 hot Carmel maccheatos which cost 5.70 each... and each cup was filled with up halfway... that includes the whip cream. i came in this morning to a bunch of welcome ins and some friendly baristas. faith, julissa, tati, and another girl i forgot her... name (she had a potq apron on) were some of the friendliest baristas i have met while waiting for my drinks i ordered for my dadand i. our lattes were delicious and amazingly sweet. i cannot wait to come back more often. this deserves a 5 star rating dueto the best customer service i have received this morning. My wife and I went to Starbucks on Okeechobee in Fort Pierce Florida on Friday August 19 and we had a bad experience with one of... the employees but when we went back on Saturday August 20 we were so thrilled how one of the managers by the name of Mirlandetreated us. She made us forget about the bad experience and we were very pleased by her approach. She was very kind,professional, and customer oriented. She has it all to please a consumer.
