I love Starbucks but feel they really get lots of money for so little . I ordered 2 hot Carmel maccheatos which cost 5.70 each... and each cup was filled with up halfway... that includes the whip cream. i came in this morning to a bunch of welcome ins and some friendly baristas. faith, julissa, tati, and another girl i forgot her... name (she had a potq apron on) were some of the friendliest baristas i have met while waiting for my drinks i ordered for my dadand i. our lattes were delicious and amazingly sweet. i cannot wait to come back more often. this deserves a 5 star rating dueto the best customer service i have received this morning. My favorite Starbucks. ????????????? Met the manager today. She knows how to pick a top notch staff. Kudos to her! The employees... all say she is really nice and they like working for her. Nice, firm, business handshake at our introduction, which I complimented him on bc Itaught my sons to shake hands exactly like that. He taught me a new tip on handshakes too!! I'm 54 but I always appreciate ayounger person teaching me new things. Older people need to give younger people credit and admit we don't know everything. My wife and I went to Starbucks on Okeechobee in Fort Pierce Florida on Friday August 19 and we had a bad experience with one of... the employees but when we went back on Saturday August 20 we were so thrilled how one of the managers by the name of Mirlandetreated us. She made us forget about the bad experience and we were very pleased by her approach. She was very kind,professional, and customer oriented. She has it all to please a consumer. Starbucks should be fortunate to have an employee likeMirlande.. She treated us with an ultimate respect as if we were VIP. When we thank her about her wonderful service, sheresponded ? This is a great Starbucks that lives up to the expectations of other locations in the franchise. Some of my favorite items are... the hot chocolate, double chocolate chip Frappuccino, pineapple refresher, and the pink drink. For food you can?t go wrong withany of their breakfast sandwiches, the lemon loaf, cake pops, croissants, or their protein boxes. Also, the juices they have area great refreshing way to start the morning. Read more
I would recommend this Starbucks location to anybody, every time I come here the employees are extremely friendly and polite... they make you feel welcomed. I want to also point out one certain employee and that is Ms. Amani, she is amazing and goes aboveand beyond. This location has such pleasant workers. Very new very clean.. Customer service staff was pleasant and helpful. Got that Mango Dragon PASSION fruit Drink for my little... TopFlighter who has been just waiting to try it. Social distancing and safety measures are in full effect. So no seating insidebut plenty of seats outside in FL sunshine. Plus..
