I came here after being away from the place for almost two years. The food had always been fresh and service was good. Went in... and ordered a sub. I noticed the usual people there were all gone and these 2 ladies i?d not seen before were there. It wasn?tuntil after i ordered that i looked at the veggies, and meats sitting there that i noticed the food did not look fresh. It wason the way out. The lettuce was old and yellowish and brownish in many of the leaves. The tomatoes were old but the girl didfinally replace it with a tray of new tomatoes while my order was being made. The meats looked gross. There was a fly on theglass where you can look at the meats and veggies. It was on the side where the food was. I get it, its an open food bar andthat kinda thing happens. The one lady who took my order ask the other lady to get my sub out of the oven before it burns. shetook her sweet time to take it out of the oven. the oven was beeping over and over and by the time she took it out, sure enoughmy bread was well over toasted and browned. She didnt offer to make me a new one. Being she already had dressed and toasted?burnt? my sub i decided to not say anything and just let it go. I paid for the sub and put the sub to good use. I fed it tosome birds that constantly look for food in the parking lot. I?ll be getting a refund for the sub via my bank. Lesson learned. Iadvise people not to come eat here. Out of some topping, ask for protein bowels, out of forks so could not serve. Asked for light condiments, had to dab off with... napkins. Service awful, girl serving acted like I was an interruption to her day. Would not recommend ???? Read more
If I could give ZERO stars. That's exactly what this hole in the wall would recieve. First of all I will NEVER step foot into... this subway ever again, the staff is completely untrained, they do not know how to process any refunds (actually asked me tocall my bank in order to get a refund on items they gave listed on their website & say it's my banks responsibility to refundthe items they didn't have that's completely incorrect), they have NO working phone in their facility they are using their cellphones to get ahold of their manager, whom let me state did not answer either of the employees. The employee threw her hands upat me when I asked for corporates number and asked me what I would like her to do. I've yet to be refunded for any of my items.Husband's food that I was able to receive was ice cold, and none of their soda machines work at all. the lack of experiencethese employees have with online orders or refunds in general is ridiculous. I wonder how many people have left and neverrecieved a refund for their items. I know I'm once of them. Read more

Changing from 5 stars to 1. We tried to go an hour and a half after opening today (sign said 7am) and the door was locked. The... lady looked at us over computer and ignored us. Never opened the door. We waited a few minutes but nothing. She wouldn't evenlook at us again. Excellent service now that that mean older lady is gone! Food was fresh and delicious!
