I have never had an experience like this at a tropical smoothie before. I believe the cashiers name was maggie. She was... excellent. Not only did she greet me with a smile and an excited attitude but she also was swift and made sure my order wasperfect. Came in on Saturday . I ordered a sunrise sunset and it was so good and blended well, I also ordered a chipotle flatbread and... it was hot and everything. Order came out in less than 6 min Highly recommend. The new management really turned this placearound the employees are very polite. Read more

5 STAR SERVICE!! The new manager has done an excellent job turning this store around! My smoothies and food always come out... quick and FRESH! Every time I come in, I?m greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. This location is packed with hard working,positive attitude employees who are always happy to help! Came today to get just a veggie wrap, waited 30 minutes? watched other customers come in and leave with their food before me(at... least 4 or 5). Finally checked on my food and the order was accidentally deleted. So after waiting they still had to make it,tried to add on 2 smoothies for the discounted price since we had already ordered food and it took so long, but had to pay fullprice still. Definitely not very good customer service on their end. Should have at the very least discounted the smoothiesafter all of that. Won?t come to this location again. Read more
they were not busy at all and yet my two smoothies took over 30 minutes? then when i got them, it tasted so off - they... definitely did not make mine correctly and didn?t add the protein powder and flax i paid extra for. i understand that they mayhave been training people and were very nice about it but seriously don?t waste your time and money. I am a very indecisive person. I walked in and was taking a long time to choose which flavor smoothie I wanted. Maggie saw me... struggling and made a suggestion. I agreed and got my smoothie so quickly. I am so thankful for her. I will be coming back tothis location because she gave me the best service I have ever received at a fast food place. Read more
