Refreshers are super watered down. They did remake it, and it still tasted like water.

Existing Starbucks has been completely remodeled, very nice new store. Up-to-date I love the Walnut furniture.

Went in tonight to get my usual and to my surprise there were only 2 workers for the night. The gal that helped me was amazing.... She made sure my drink was ready really fast. If I am remembering right her name was Carlese. She always has the best customerservice when I go in. Considering the fact she was training a new worker, running the store, and is only in high school isamazing! I can only imagine how stressful it is to be working in a fast pace environment with little to no staff. Read more

The gals working here are always so friendly and kind when I come in. It never fails that it is insanely busy in the morning... but that rarely seems to phase their attitudes. I know how tough it can be to manage a huge influx of customers with limitedstaffing. You all are doing a great job! Keep up the great work! Read more

The ladies at Starbucks that worked the afternoon shift on Oct 12 around 3pm were rude. As I was placing my order they were... discussing their pay and how they need to be paid better and don't need medical benefits because they have tricare. As acustomer I did not appreciate the side conversation as the lady placing my order interrupts me to side comment and say, "If itwasn't for you guys I would be here," once she said that I forgot to ask for Oatmilk and realized it when the barista wascreating my drink. Once I said that it was an issue and she made me walk up to the counter to pay the 70 cent difference thensaid on nevermind just next time you need to tell us when you are ordering. I am making this compliant because these woman gotto comfortable and lost their professional customer service that day. Read more

It's a love hate relationship. You gotta get the right person to make your drink. The Staff is always friendly though. But then... again there is always a line so plan ahead or you'll be late! And it's true that different people charge different prices, Idon't know what's up with that. Read more
