I am impressed. Personable staff catering to a customers wishes. The food was absolutely fantastic - the way it used to be... everywhere. The staff here deserves kudos for a job well done. Clean, neat and no fuss. Clone these young people and put them inevery fast food restaurant - we need them to set an example for how service leads to profitability and returning clientele. Givethem a raise they just highlighted your business and made more valuable. XXX Loved it! Read more
Everything was tasty and not greasy like some places I've been at.
UPDATED 2022. Had to update my review from 4 years ago. I downgraded fr 4 stars to 1. Wont let me post 0. This KFC has gone down... hill since it changed owners. Chicken dont taste good, very greasy n almost under cooked. Gravy is aweful and customer serviceis horrable. Employees seemed bothered and/or annoyed that I was placeing my order. Did not feel welcomed here. Felt like I waslooked down on. Employees and customer service will make or break a business. Now taking my $80-90 orders someplace else.25+years ago, this KFC location was the best!! Times sure have changed. Read more

The food was not prepared as good as i remember. The service was secondary, misunderstanding when ordering, twice. I was... speaking clear discernable English and the person behind me had the same experience. Why have someone at the till that doesn'tspeak English as a means of communicating.
