I stopped in just before lunch, ordered a 6 inch cold cut. The staff tried to use a dried out piece of meat for the sandwich. ... They tried to turn it over so I would not see them using it. I had to ask them to use another piece of meat for my sandwich. When I completed their survey as per the receipt. They offered to give me a free sandwich. Have been waiting for weeks. Theysaid they wanted to make up for it, but no action. Poor business practices. Read more

I went for a bowl of soup. One employee almost blew his top because he gave me the wrong soup. Then I asked for a small serving.... I honestly thought he was going to throw the soup at me. Most disrespectful employee I have encountered at this establishment.EVER! The majority of other employees have been respectful. I did however, encourage them to enjoy this beautiful day. Read more
