I had their pizza and it was great! A year later, I ate their pizza again and on that occasion it was horrible. It made my... clarinet reed smell like yuck for a long time. I had to replace it. Not mad just disappointed. But I love the place for what itis, regardless of the high prices and pizza taste. I love Casey. ?? Casey's pizza is great but this location is terrible. Every time I've ordered at the Ft. Recovery location, my order is at least... 15 minutes late. I don't think they understand that curbside delivery means they bring the food to the vehicle in the parkinglot. New management is needed. Read more
I was in the store and I was buying a sub and wrap. The young man behind the counter on Saturday June, 5 2021, (approx. 6:30pm)... was very courteous and tried to maintain composure. I thought it was really and absolutely abhorrent that the 3 other youngemployees all were standing around and there were only 1 other customer in the entire store. I'm not sure how they run thebusiness but I don't think you should WATCH a fellow employee struggle to make food while everyone else twiddle their thumbs.The young man was the only one that was actually making food. At least when PAK-A-SAK/Subway was running, the people in thefront would help everyone else and they acted as a team. I gave 2 stars because in my opinion if you are getting paid then youshouldn't be standing around, you should be HELPING assist other team members with orders. Saw the ?Ultimate Breakfast Pizza? advertised in multiple places both outside and inside the store recently. More than once have... stopped in to try it, and they never have any. Stood by the food table, within sight of THREE employees, and was completelyignored until I spoke to them. Asked if one of the pizzas would be ready soon, and they acted like it was a crazy idea andsomewhat rudely told me it would be at least 10 minutes. If you are going to have an item advertised all over your store, youshould probably keep some ready. This should be prefaced with me saying, I love casey's. For the last few months I've been working in Fort recovery Ohio, there... isn't much to choose from for lunch options. Casey's is the saving grace. At least it was until a couple weeks ago when storemanager Laurie left or was fired I'm not sure which. Since she's been gone the food is terrible when there is any food, theservice is poor and slow. The soft drink cooler is perpetually empty, what is going on? The person that gave Casey's a one star needs to realize that not all the workers act that way. Just because of one bad... experience with a rude employee shouldn't call for a one star. I've been to Casey's in fort recovery multiple times and havenever been treated with anything but kindness and respect. Go see for yourselves what kind of place it is Read more
