If I could give a zero I would. Went in for some breakfast, ordered from the kiosk and payed as well. The simple order was... taking long so I was reading the receipt and noticed they over charged me $3.08. It's the start of a 4 day weekend and I wanted to treat the kids and hubby to some donuts. Set my alarm for 0545 and was out the... door by 0603 (they usually sell out fast of our picks on the weekends). I pulled up around 0610 and sat in my car (reviews hadmentioned how nothing is ready at open). Some contractors pulled up and went in. So I walked in and they did have donuts readyto go! Two girls and a guy were working. Service was fast, $15 and some change for a dozen donuts (you have to go inside to pickthem, which I learned the first time I went, crazy ridiculous). Love the variety donuts and special deals they always have! Great coffee and easy to earn points to get a free any size drink!!
Out of skim milk which was fine, but they forgot our donuts and the experience of standing at the counter while multiple... employees walked back and forth looking at us and ignoring us was the best part. Finally after about the 8th time that happenedone of the employees actually asked us what we needed. Will not come again. Read more
Was ordering from the kiosk, but after ordering, they told us that if we order donuts, we have to order from the counter. What's... the point of having the kiosk? They didn't have certain items on the kiosk, but it was there to order. They kept messing up onother people's order and they had to keep going back to the customer to ask what they ordered. Read more
Place is absolute slower than others. I went there two times but, they opened the drive-through only. I?ve been there 2 times... and each time they have managed to mess up some part of my order. Every time I seem to go during lunch, the store seems to always be out of food or different products and they tell me the... product they do have is either frozen or for thr next day. Sometimes it is donuts and other times, it is other items on theirmenu. They don't close until 5pm each day but they are out of food by 1230. The management doesn't seem to care enough to prepeven more food the day especially if they are selling out of what is prepared. It has been going on for seemingly weeks andnothing changes.
