I always give a place a couple of times before I truly determine how it is over all. I worked in this type of industry for about... 5-6 years so I totally understand having a bad day. However, all but 1 time I have been in staff was rude, talked more amongstthemselves then even caring about the customer, sometimes there?s a group of several employees talking while one makes all thedrinks and sometimes takes orders as well. It?s also looks dirty and unkept most times I?ve been in. I would definitelyrecommend the one in Junction City. I have been to that store on multiple of there VERY chaotic days and they are still so nice,the store is kept up with in terms of cleanliness and they don?t rush you let alone make you feel like your talking to a wall. Helpful baristas. And also they have a good quality Starbucks original mugs and tumblers! I couldn't find another Starbucks... store but I found in this store. But most of the time, a tables and floor was dirty. Read more
I like Starbucks. The reason I didn?t give 5 stars is that I wasn?t that satisfied with what I bought. Before they open, they... should makesure they got everything in stock, so when customer?s pay, they expect to get what they requested, not ?Oh I?m sorrywere out of this?. Definitely not up to the regular Starbucks standards. I walked in one time when behind the counter was trashed. There was one... worker and they seemed flustered. I would be too if I was left alone at a busy time. Another time, my daughter wanted a ricecrispy treat and I did not notice till we got home that it was two days past the expiration date. Starbucks has really began to have poor service. The drinks are not quality like they used to be and today I was overcharged... and my drink wasn?t even made right. I?ve been ordering the same thing for a couple of years now, so I know what it?s supposedto look and taste like. On top of that you can?t even redeem your stars at this location. Read more
The drinks are fine and come out quick. But I have NEVER gotten my food on time or correct! They always forget it or lose it or... something and when I?m 5 minutes from being late to work, I have to get an attitude and be ?that person? and go to the front ofthe line to get my food. It?s just super annoying that they can?t get it together...ever! Read more
Customer service is great, but they have messed up my order a few times... And by a few I actually mean a lot. The last time... they messed up my order they literally only put milk and hot water, forgetting the espresso. As I said though... the peopleworking are wonderful. Read more
This specific spot compared to many other Starbucks locations is probably not the best. It?s not well kept, lighting is dark,... and the customer service is not all that great. Most Starbucks won?t charge if you ask to add something additional to yourdrinks?but this spot charges 80 cents extra for a drop of whatever you?d want to add to your drink. Maybe charge 20-25cents?.but 80 cents is a bit much. The employees most times have had bad attitudes?the only reason people would go here isbecause it?s one of only two Starbucks on post. Their business runs because of Soldiers and their families so a little friendlyattitude, fair prices, and welcoming environment wouldn?t hurt. Read more
