Stay away from their gluten free at this location and check your order. Super small portions. Go elsewhere. They offer gluten... free but this location doesn't understand cross contamination. I visited yesterday and I stated 3 times that I needed glutenfree but still got super sick. Ordered a bowl and tacos. They said it was all gluten free. They didn't put veggies in the bowl.I asked if she did and she said she did until realizing I was eating in and she went back to put a few veggies in the bowl.Super super light on the rice. The bowl was maybe half full. Way overloaded with sauce. It was almost like a soup at the bottomof the bowl. I'm used to other locations serving a proper portion and understanding what gluten free is and the seriousness ofcross contamination. The girls "working" were too busy laughing in the back and goofing around which was rather annoying tolisten to as a dining in customer and made a skip driver wait 5 minutes before coming out to start his order. I have never see a fast food Place so clean and had such lovely service. Service with a smile and the owner so interactive with... his store. Checking meat temperatures on top of the quality of the food he is serving. Amazing job, walked in not knowing whatto get but he guided me to make the best burrito it was soo good, hit all taste buds. wonderful store thank you for lunch! Read more
I usually have an amazing experience with this franchise. Their food is always delicious and perfect! I ordered a pork bowl and... a mild chicken burrito last night on door dash. Bit into our food and the rice was uncooked. There were pieces that were softand easy to chew but every other bite was hard. I called the franchise and explained the situation to the manager. He assured meit was Cooked but said ? I will be here all week come in and we will replace both meals free of charge? I came in the nextevening like he informed me too and when I got there he fell back on his word. Said ?it was not possible that the rice wasundercooked and he could only accommodate one meal item free of charge?. He said ?It was hard to determine the undercooked ricewithout photo proof.? I am very upset at the unprofessionalism within this company and will no longer be returning. I realizemistakes happen, and I was trying to accommodate to the company as I know people try to scam small business?s. So I justcalled to inform him of the situation. First time visiting barBURRITO and was seriously impressed. Ordered a jerk chicken bowl and a nacho bowl. The jerk chicken had... really great flavour and was not overly spicy. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful. The bowls were definitely filled and Idoubt many would be left hungry after eating one. We'll definitely be returning in the future.
