Had an early dinner at BP on Saturday. Went early to avoid the crowd. Got a table right away. Food was good and hot. Service was... excellent. Prices are still way too high. But then most restaurants have high prices today. Good place to eat, we enjoyed thevisit. Read more
BEWARE 3 out of 5 meals were ok but 2 were overcooked and unappetizing. Why didn't I just send the food back? Because our... server was nowhere to be found for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. When she finally came to our table to check on us I had eaten myfries and choked down almost half of my burger. I did tell her it was overcooked and dried out so she took it away. 12 minuteslater she came back and told us that since we were not happy and she didn't check on us sooner we would get 15% off the twomeals that were not good. That amounted to under 7 bucks; and they had stolen my half eaten unpalatable burger! Anyway, I maygive this place another chance but it may be awhile. Have ordered for pick up 4 orders of chicken wings 40 minutes in advance for my friend's birthday. Once I have arrived to pick... them up, was informed that the restaurant out of chicken wings so they've made chicken bites instead. Have asked why there wasno communication about this and was told that they've attempted to call, but couldn't reach me at Manitoba phone number ???? Wasoffered a refund if gluten was an issue. Well, gluten isn't an issue, so I ended up paying 65 dollars for chicken nuggets, askedto check if there was a mistake and indeed there was a mistake so I got 13 dollars back as was charged for 4 individual ordersinstead of 2 double orders. Ate here June 29th at about 4:00 p.m. The waitress was very nice, but we never got refills on coffee or drinks and we never even... got asked if we wanted refills or anything else to drink or eat. When hubby asked for coffee, the waitress said she had to makemore then we saw the supervisor/manager, whichever she was, walk by us with coffee and totally ignore us. The food was horriblethe chicken was burnt, the buns tasted like they were at least a week old and they were burnt. I have toasted week old bunsthat were nowhere near as rock hard as the ones we were served. And we got very very little chicken on our chicken club and nextto nothing for sauce. The drinks that we had, which was unicorn lemonade, tasted like colored water, it was awful. On hindsightwe should have sent everything back and left. We have had this exact same meal, the chicken club and the unicorn lemonade, atthe downtown Edmonton BP and it was amazing. Chain or not you gotta give props where they are due!! This is the 4th Boston Pizza I've visited and so far I've yet to... disappointed in the food!! P.S. - if you haven't tried there pasta yet you are truly depriving your taste buds of a delectabletreat!! I will admit I was kinda skeptical about it at first but the great deal they have on Tuesday for nearly 40% or more offis a steal! Needless to say I am now a believer in BP pasta just as I am there pizzas!! Read more
Their chicken parmesan was like crispy chicken from kfc with a spoon of pasta sauce on top. Only difference is kfc is tastier... than their chicken parmesan. I should have ordered pizza. Read more
The team at BP’s Fort Sask was amazing! We had a team lunch with 30 people right when their doors opened. The food came out... promptly, they did it with a smile, their service was amazing. Food was amazing kids, parents and coaches were all amazed!!! Wewould definitely come back! Read more
