After been here a few time everytime they mess up my order I always ask for no mushrooms because I have mild allergies to it and... every time they mess it up. Always disappointed, they guy at the front counter was not very nice today and it wasn't just myorder they messed up but a few guys that were ahead of me as well. Sadly they just lost another customer. Read more

Got food poisoning, never going back again! Dirty tables, poor service. We were the only ones there, the staff looked... disappointed that we walked in and didn't greet us. I had the pork dumpling soup w a few flakes of vegetables. You need a staffthat cares and has a food safety course, pay more you'll get better workers. We ate there on Friday November 18 around 8pm. The sushi couldn't be picked up, in one piece. The Wasabi had been watered down: It was just a small green puddle. They had no... hot sauce, and no containers for soy sauce. Read more

After ordering from this location a few times I have to admit sadly I will not be returning. The quality is so unacceptable that... I truly can?t believe they serve it, whenever I order ahead and arrive at the scheduled pickup time I usually have to wait anadditional 10 minutes. Why bother ordering ahead?! Thankfully the St Albert north location has never disappointed in the past 10years Read more

The other evening I had a craving for some Edo, so I checked the Google and saw that the store closed at 10:00 pm. I drove down... and arrived at 9:35 pm,when I entered the store there were three Edo employees hanging out at the front counter, the employeebehind the till says to me that they are closed to which I reply that their web site says the store hours were until 10:00 pm.He replied that that didn't mater and the store was closed. So I turned and left. Edo should include a section on how to telltime in their employee training program. I hope management looks at these reviews, how many other customers were turned awaybecause of these LAZY employees ? Read more

I did not know what to expect when I chose to eat at Edo Japan. Now I do. It?s like ?Japanese? fast food. However, there was... just a hint of Japanese in their cooking, and the food didn?t taste good. I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken bento box, but the ricein my California rolls were not soft as it?s supposed to be - it was weirdly crunchy on the edges. The chicken was so-so. Itreally was fast food quality. It?s like Panda Express, but Panda Express is way better. And when I got home, I felt a bit sick.I must say though that the cashier (Kelsey) was friendly and very pleasant - for that, I added another star. Read more
