Absolutely ridiculous service. Waited 20 minutes just for 2 coffee and no food. There?s at least 15 employees in the back and a... line up of people waiting inside for their orders. People coming in from the drive thru with incorrect orders. It wasn?t evenlunch time yet. Read more
Poor customer service, dirty interior and overall not a fun place to visit. DO NOT order food for delivery as it will always be... completely wrong. I ordered a Big Mac meal with a happy meal cheeseburger and got donuts and coffee!? I?ve had mayo on my BigMac before instead of the Big Mac sauce and had completely cold fries before. Also don?t bother calling, the manager leaves thephone to go to the tone and ignores it all together. Just when you thought mcd?s couldn?t get any worse; come to the one in Fort Saskatchewan. My goodness; why do people still go... there? I?m not a McDonald?s fan; but the kids like the fries so I?ll go once in a blue moon to get some. Nothing like waiting inline for 40 minutes for fries just to finally get slop for fries. Maybe the first time in my life I pull up to a drive thru speaker and get no service whatsoever. The place wasn't busy, and it... turns out they were still serving the other lane. After waiting a minute or two and seeing the other people being helped Ididn't have any more time to waste, so I pulled through the nearly empty drive thru where they allowed the driver in front of me(who had arrived after me) to waste an additional 30 seconds making small talk with the attendant after he'd already recievedhis coffee. On another occasion this location has given me a single quarter pounder when I'd ordered a double, but I didn'tfind out until I left. Read more
