Got the Nashville Spicy Chicken Burger last night. Simply phenomenal. I'm a tough critic when it comes to food, but this item... left me quite impressed. Love how flavorful and spicy the chicken was without being drenched in sauce, it was the perfect levelof crispy, and the coleslaw and pickles complimented it, and the bun selection was excellent. 10/10 Burger, I'll never orderanything else here again. We ordered Thanksgiving dinner for our work crew of 33 people. Swiss Chalet called less than 2 hours before the pick-up time and... said they didn't have enough food to fill our order so cancelled it. It was a mad scramble to find someone open that could cooka large order. Original Joe's came through and with less than an hour and a half til close were able to cook and fill our mealrequest. Not super impressed with the service. Our server pointed out the daily special. Then when we went to pay our bill, we asked why... the special was the full price. She immediately answered that we ordered them at 1:45 and the special started at 2:00. Interesting that she knew exactly how early and didn?t mention the fact that we weren?t going to get the sale price. She alsocould not have cared less that we had a concern about this. Won?t go back. Service was great but the entire place needs to be scrubbed clean. Floors have so much grime you cant see the flooring.... Bathrooms smelled like urine and had lots of grime and dirt. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Tables were sticky andgross. If the front end is this dirty how clean is the kitchen?Please clean the hell out of this place, I do not want to see itgo under because it's filthy. Read more

I have eaten at Fort Saskatchewan OJs a few times and have always had a great meal and great service. I was told that they had... amazing poutine. So I ordered for our company Canada Day lunch there poutine and have to say that it was very good. Mike wasgreat to deal with and everything was hot and ready for our take out lunch. Came here today for dinner, upon arriving our waitress didn't acknowledge us for 10 minutes after we were seated. Didn't bring... all of our drinks. Our mains were sitting to be brought to the table for quite a period of time before another waitress broughtthem over to us as our waitress was chatting with her friends who came in. As we were waiting to pay we were again left waitingfor the machine for longer than anticipated. Overall not a great service experience and the food left much to be desired. On topof all this the plates were all dirty they had a film of grease on them. The location in sherwood park is 1000% better. Wouldrecommend driving to that one instead of dining here. Read more
